PromptNow Company and Chulalongkorn University granted a golden opportunity for undergraduates in their senior year to enter IT industrial project and research contest under the program IRPUS 2009. The program exhibition “The 7th Project Exhibition of Technology Development Scholarship for Undergraduate Students” was held during March 26-29, 2009 at Royal Paragon Hall 5th Floor, Siam Paragon Department Store.

        IRPUS (Industrial and Research Project for Undergraduate Students) was established and administered by The Thailand Research Fund Industry Department in 2002. The program includes an annual exhibition with an aim to publicize the projects and researches that won scholarship as well as an open seminar inviting highly experienced speakers from the governmental, private sectors and leading education institutes which is beneficial not only to undergraduate students but also professors, and the IT industry itself. The total number of qualified projects in 2009 was reported to be at 837 with the entry of 1,800 undergraduate students, 605 professors from 66 education institutes and 372 industrial organizations.
